Rob and Tricia Klopp have operated a body shop in Sewell, New Jersey for more than 20 years, carrying forward a family legacy in the industry that goes back to 1947. As their operation grew across multiple locations, they needed something better than the usual patchwork of whiteboards, workarounds, and disconnected systems. They needed a tool that could keep pace with a modern shop without losing the personal, hands-on standard their name was built on.

That’s why Helios exists. It was built from the ground up around the realities of a working body shop: tracking jobs, checking schedules, sending updates, and keeping the whole team aligned in one place.
